Q: DE10-Nano的Cyclone V SE 5CSEBA6U23I7 FPGA是否支持low-power模式？

A: 不支持。只有Cyclone V SE或SX系列且FPGA芯片part number中有L的才会支持low-power模式，详见Cyclone V Device Overview和Cyclone V Device Datasheet。
