我按照书上的步骤来到绑定管脚的是时候就有问题了

1.  assignments ----pin planner
2.  assignments  ---- import assignments
3.  tools --- tcl scripts
4.  open xxx.qsf    edit it
------------------------------------------------
5.  use any Terasic  project as a template

   推荐顺序为从下往上。。。
