您好，我看了一下Turbo码的IP核(an505)，上面写着“Code rate 1/3 only. Other code rates can be achieved by external rate matching.”，而SCMA需要1/2码率，所以还需要我们自己进行打孔操作吗？

你好，这个意思是不是就是说这个IP核只支持1/3，其他都不支持？
