Modelsim无法用

我现在用的系统十WIN 7（x64），安装了Quartus 8.o能够正常运行，但是安装Modelsim 6.1web版之后，当打开Modelsim时弹出一框框：Unable to check a license.Make sure your license file enviroment variables as set correctly and then run 'lmutillmdiag' to diagnose the program Modelsim-Altera users the following enviroment variables to check the license(listed in the order of preference)
1.MGLS_LICENSE_FILE
2.LM_LICENSE_FILE
请问有谁知道该怎么解决，谢谢！！

   你有设置环境变量么？
6.1听说好像是可以在win7下运行的

我記得是   LM_LICENSE_FILE 要設定環境變數..

    我是直接安装，然后打开Modelsim,就显示上面的文字，不知道怎么设置

   电脑-->属性-->高级--> 环境变量
win7 下： 电脑--> 属性-->高级系统设置-->环境变量
变量名  LM_LICENSE_FILE
  变量值  LICENSE文件的路径

我用的这个是WEB免费版的，装完之后里面没有license,设置完环境变量也不能找到指向的license.dat,怎么办？

    没有用过web免费版的····这下真不知道了····

   忘了问了，我的Quartus是8.o版本的，用任何版本的Modelsim都可以吗？？
