标题: DE0的SOPC不能上133Mhz
大大好:
我想問一下, 我在跑SOPC時，SDRAM用PLL產生133Mhz與有-60degree相位移的時脈，再跑nios IDE的hello world時，結果都會出現下面訊息:

Using cable "USB-Blaster [USB-0]", device 1, instance 0x00
Pausing target processor: not responding.
Resetting and trying again: FAILED
Leaving target processor paused

不知道這樣怎麼解決呢?
但是跑100Mhz就可以過....
