I don't understand why it sets cont as 32'h1FFFFF，32'h2FFFFF，2'h13FFFFF.
Can anybody help me?

用来控制复位信号脉冲宽度，0复位。

    并不是每个模块，要在同一时间复位，根据需要对各个模块依次复位完成。
具体参数的设定，应该是根据不同模块需要的延时复位时间而定的。
